I got these from LMC truck which is really great option. There are a few others like browns of two rivers, amd, even jegs and summit have some metal depending upon the project. For trucks though LMC is pretty good. Shipping costs will get you a little bit but I did like the quality of the metal quite a bit. Water gets in the inner liner because of factory holes !

For the fenders there's a pocket between where the inner and outer fender meet where salt road debris and water are prone to collecting. That can get there from in front of or behind the wheel well or through the stakeholds in the bed. The rocker panels have holes on the inner portion of the inner rocker panel that allow road debris water etc to get into those. Those can be sealed off. Unfortunately no great way to fully seal off the fenders, but rigorous attention to metal coating can be helpful there. Hope that helps let me know if you have any other thoughts or questions
