Damn her original piece at the end was DOPE
Fantastic showcase. She's got the vibe! Well done.
I love Guitar centers videos. They are so helpful :)
The finish on that one, Dark Night, is gorgeous in the closeup pics.
Im not even looking for a bass rn, just vibing with thia great demo. Cheers GC
Much better than previous line!! Congrats!!!
I love my 82 vintage Jazz awesome Bass Go Leo!!!
Damn, GC know how to better showcase this bass than Fender themselves! Don't think Fender did their artist any justice in that video
The American Professional II series has great tone and beautiful finishes and colors too, it's a good Fender jazz bass.
I've got the Elite series (jazz), this is very sweet! ❤️
Nice work, girl.. You go!!
She's full of talent, and i want to thank her for the explanations she made ! nice groove also ! a nice discover here ! ;)

In Belgium, this instrument retails for around 2000€. And around 1250€ for an American Performer. Jeeezzz, I feel the price is a bit overrated for what you actually get as premium bonus : - 'better' pickups (subjective matter since you should also consider the amp you gonna be using) - five screw neck and a little 'scarf' joint - string through body bridge And wood is basically the same (made in US). I could understand if there were some kind of special research and development techniques involved but even the design itself has been the same for around 60 years...

If you can't afford one then you cant have one.
Most expensive Fender basses has good tone with nice pickups, it has a beefy sound which is very clean.

I need to hear this with the fretless version. Please.
I'm in love 😵 with both
Just found one of these on Reverb, in a used/mint condition. In this dark night finish. Can't wait to play it! Must admit, I have not heard if this young lady before this vid...but she's got chops, and carries herself well. Cool vid, GC!

She's really great. Besides being the bassist for Panic! she is currently playing in LA with Dave Yaden and has been doing some stuff with Scary Pockets. She also just played two songs with Dua Lipa for the Time 100 Next livestream (there are videos on KZread) and she will be playing Bohemian Rhapsody (which she usually plays with Panic!) for the ABC Queen Family Sing Along with Darren Criss singing.
is the bridge pick up in the 60s position or 70s position? it has a modern 60s vibe to the sounds

The song playing at the beginning is Nicole's original song. It is called Headspace and it is on Spotify, Apple Music, Bandcamp and KZread etc. In this video she talks about it being called Co-Op but she changed the name of it before she released the song. Here is the KZread link kzread.info/dash/bejne/fZWerc-ynMfUgrA.html
I wish the video was a little brighter to show off the color of the bass

i just got my wife carol one,we played in a blues, soul band for 18 years, then stoped couse i hand an accident,we started playing again, she got a 62 reissue p bass, but dident like the neck,[she gave it to me i love it] So after a long search we found the pro jaz bass in morcombe a sea sidewhile town by accident, while on Holliday, she tryd about 30 diferent basses, then the proxies rolled edges, slim neck, good balance, and that sound,£1800, i had to give my wallet c p r ,but she is worth it,we have been married for 46 years, you can see her playing with are band 20 years ago on tube blues at ten leaving trunk,
I'm a big fan of p.bass. however I'm thinking of getting this. Anyone recommend? How's the neck not too thin?

Yes the P has its own sound, but it can't do everything. The J can do everything the P can do. Even Motown.
