Maybe hizo seng'enge hazifiki advertised length coz you are not using a "fence come along" stretcher. Nimeona hizo fence do not appear tight proper in your video 🤔

Wueh sawa tu... Hizo places unaona loose ni place za entrance but I have worked with Soo many types of barbed wires...no amount of stretching can substitute 100mtrs or less
