Female Removing Old Wax From Tile Floors - Trying To Make Money To Travel

I don't see many women that know how to run floor scrubbers. Watch as I strip 6000 square feet of wax off of old tile. We've been doing a lot of floors lately, saving money to travel for the winter.

Everything about this video is great! I own a janitorial company in Los Angeles and do a lot of these types of floor. I hadn’t seen the floor scrapper used before tbh, but I’ll be trying it next time, I have my employees use a small rectangular stripping pat. Now I’m not trying to spoil the vibe but just a tip, when you’re that low on the floor working with an abrasive chemical one should be wearing safety goggles to avoid any contact with your eyes (that stuff burns, it’s happen to me on a diluted solution and it was a single splashed drop and I was standing up. Luckily I rinsed it off within seconds and applied eye solution right away). I’m super happy to see a woman do this kind of work! “Anything you can do, I can do better,” that’s how she’s doing this for sure!

I wouldn't use hot water, it does not speed the stripper process, you don't want your stripper water to evaporate, best to use cool water and make sure to keep adding water from time to time or seems to dry up a bit, also helps to agitate the floor using your mop.

@@scorporsupremacy7948 I can recommend Zep from Home Depot. I know it sounds simple. But if you make the solution really concentrated, it will get the finish up thats on there. The problem you’re having is you’re coming in contact with layers of floor finish and then a layer or two of sealer. Every time you think you’ve gotten through the finish, you encounter another layer of sealer. I normally don’t use Zep.
