Feldberg | Hiking The Black Forest Highest Peak
The Feldberg is the highest point in the Black Forest at 1,277 m. We arrived to explore the region and quickly found ourselves taken totally aback by the scale of the place. Cable cars, ski lifts, and even a ham museum, this felt like it would be a walk to remember! Filmed in 2020 through travel allowed around Covid.

This is a phenomenal hike to do if you have the time. Funnily enough, the ascension is the dull part, aside from the views. Going down into the valley with the ringing of cowbells, over the bridges and the tranquil lake was nothing short of magical. Dying to do this again with my uncle, who's also in this comment section. ;)
Went there yesterday. We were almost by ourselves due to rainy weather. A very nice walk.
Lovely video both, thank you! Climbed feldberg and did the round this summer with my nephew when we were camping in Germany. We were just as confused as you when we arrived at the car park! It was 30+ degrees when we climbed it although a lot more reasonable temps at the top.
