Hi Neil and Ant. Hope your week is going well. Felbrigg is fabulous. We always like it when they have a volunteer playing the piano it gives such a lovely atmosphere and the acoustics are great. Liked the phantom whistle blasts. The plasterwork is wonderful here. What interesting stories they certainly had some characters. Did you find the chamber pot? There are some beautiful rooms here absolutely lovely. The gardens look fantastic and the sounds made us feel like we were there with you. A big 👍 this made our breakfast so special. @inbetween-days Good morning Dave and Dawn! Our week is going well thankyou hope yours is too... Felbrigg is a wonderful old place and you get to see a decent chunk of it too which is brilliant... we loved the many stories linked to the place would love to have known the last squire! The Grand Hall and dining room were both stunning but the closet is mind blowing, it is like a jewelled casket! We did spot the chamber pot! Imagine "using" that little hidden windowless room with the door closed!!! Thankyou for your continued much appreciated support... Best wishes sent your way from us both 😀

A lovely house on a more 'liveable' scale. It would be somewhat easier to reside in than some of the monolithic establishments such as Holkam . Have you done a vlog yet on Shibden Hall in Halifax West Yorkshire? It was the home of Anne Lister (Gentleman Jack)

Felbrigg has a lovely atmosphere it feels like it has been loved... our favourite room was the cabinet it is just like stepping into a beautiful painting. gran bella casa mi piacciono molto le finestre, infatti nello studio della mia casa, l'intera parete con la porta è in legno con vetrate simili a quelle che avete fatto vedere , che io chiamo all'inglese

@@chrisisjustme7546 no la mia casa è del 1967 ma quando siamo andati ad abitare , mia madre amava molto le finestre inglesi e fece realizzare dal falegname per chiudere una stanza un'intera parete come le finestre della casa del norfolk, io amo le case poi il mio lavoro è amministrare palazzi e condomini
