My sister had a cowfish like Cheese. They're very smart and greedy eaters. She would let you touch her back, but she expected a treat for it. If you didn't give her one, she'd spit water out of the tank at you. It was a fun trick to play on people. One day my sister was giving her a piece of shrimp, before she could get it into the water, the cowfish jumped up and grabbed it...and finger. They're awesome fish.
