Well done Lee, a great video, keep it simple, i just wish the new junction was in Grantham. I've match fished there in the 80/90's. Natural fishing is the way to go. i love it. JC

once again i have learned a new way of setting up a feeder never thoight about using silicon tude to make a boom brilliant info on the ground baits too have to say i have not done fishmeal on my canal but do like natural black and sweet bream 70%-30% mix or if its roach i change to black roach and crushed hemp in feeder the so natural range has been intresting using and trying different combinations also found that the so natural river mixed with natural black and crushed hemp is great for dace on rivers or the lake with sweet bream for stillwaters works well sonu have seen me switch from my old favorets of vde and sensas and win win to using there sonu mixes. also i love the hex paterns of feeders from preston also just tryed there new bango xr feeders for carp and after watching a clip on how to use them seem a marked improvement in catch rate

What knot do you use to attach your mono leader to the braid please Lee? I know Des only uses a short piece of mono and attaches it loop to loop but obviously your longer leader needs to cast through the rod rings thus requiring a smaller, neater attachment.

Is there any reason why the N series hooks aren’t available in barbless? All of the club waters I fish are barbless only.

  • @UKprestoninnovations

These are a barbed hook range. We would possibly look to do barbless N series hooks in the future.

Great video Lee ? would you use a window feeder on a still water about 4 ft deep and about a 20 yard cast or would you stick to a little cage feeder

Absolutely! Lee makes no apology for using the caged window for most of his fishing. he has certainly made them work on venues like Southfield which is very shallow for example. The caged window is better than the solid version for shallower water.
