Seeing him play like this really makes me think he can win a few more Grand Slams.

Federer definitely deserves every win he got against Soderling. The French Open was totally Federer. Many people may say that that was a fluke but tennis isn't written on paper. Soderling is very skilled, I can't wait until he returns. This match was a good show of both players abilities; Federer deserved this win

@Temoorcoresystem I am a big Federer fan, but apart from a couple of matches, it's been good, close matches. Obviously Federer owns the head to head, but there's been a lot of tiebreak sets and a lot of sets that could have gone either way. Soderling is a great player who underachieved basically until he made the FO final in 2009. Soderling beat Federer in Paris in 2010 playing some lights out power tennis. Having said that, Federer will always be the much, much better player.

No mate, neutral means no bias to certain players. Therefore i praise any tennis player while criticising them at the same time. In my original comment, i just told the person not to give excuses to their favourite player's loss because it's just lame. Like i said, i'm not attacking, i'm telling the truth.

@stubberz I don't htink I'd agree with that. When Federer plays at his normal level he doesn't have much of a problem with Djokovic and he was playing pretty inconsistently in the last year or so.

Be neutral is respect other people, respect the idea that they are fans of someone and no insult them, you can say the truth but respecting them and their idols and not telling the truth as you do

@parachuteless and whats even funnier, is that the conditions were about 10 times worse in this match cos of the wind, so his serving should have been worse. Its a sad day when federer can take a set off nadal on clay (madrid 11) but cant get even get 6 games over 2 sets on a hard court

@parachuteless Where was FEDERER when he played Nadal just recently in Miami? I mean... I've seen Federer losing to Nadal 9 times out of those 15 but like that? I felt like I wasn't watching Roger Federer. I hope he can get back to form, I believe in Roger Federer and I will always do.

@gargarensi He was too inconsistent in his next match and then choked away a couple of match points and several deuces. That's been one of his biggest problems since 2008. Even though he's won 4 slams since his last, 'old Fed' year of 2007, he hasn't nearly been the same. He's had flashes of brilliance and some tournaments like last year's London Masters cup and 2010 Australian Open, but overall he has not played with the same aura as 2003-2007. Some of it has to do with the mono in 08.

If you are neutral why you are always attacking them? Being neutral is not support anyone (like you are doing) and not attack anyone, you are always doing that, in a video you said that you was a Federer fan and in other video you insult him and you said Nadal was the great, later you insult kim Neutral is not say anything

  • @XXbob1993

What do you mean?? Federer constantly loses to Nadal because Nadal doesn't allow federer to play his best tennis, not because federer just SUDDENLY play shit. Stop making excuses for his losses. People will lose every now and then.

soderling was like a less sophisticated version of delpo who got reaaallly lucky once at RG. an anomaly whose footnote survives mainly because of rafa's uncanny & unprecedented dominance of a particular slam. strange how one win can keep someone's name around.
