FEDERAL SUIT: TX POLICE DEPARTMENT ABUSED 10 ARRESTEES

CAREFUL WHO YOU YELL AT: Cory Nutt says an off duty cop was speeding through his neighborhood, so he yelled at him to slow down. After a confrontation, Nutt says that cop returned an hour later with 3 other cops-including the chief-and arrested him for being drunk in public.
But, body camera shows Nutt was inside his home during the entire encounter with nearly every member of the Llano PD on his front steps.

Katrina didn't just misplace the citizens of Mississippi and Louisiana. Like an exotic reptile with no natural predators outside its habitat those lawless renegade small town cops had to find a new homes as well. No matter how much Texas tries to downplay it its only getting worse fast. At some point Texas has to admit that as a state the forfeited control altogether. The nation is watching these monthly over the top occurrences that seem to be more CONSISTENT than anywhere else lately.

I agree with most of what you say except the part about law enforcement representing our country. That I couldn't disagree with more strongly. They absolutely do not represent our country, they don't represent anyone except themselves. Honestly I've never heard anyone state that before. Then again , I also don't think that professional athletes are supposed to be role models for youth. I think they're just supposed to be themselves, or at least they should not have to be anything else that they don't sign on for. That kind of goes ditto for cops. They have a job to do. That job is to Serve and Protect supposedly, not representing our country city state or County. I guarantee you you go to United Kingdom and nobody there is thinking about our country based on our police Behavior. And their police behave considerably different, policing by consent and not even carrying guns. Most civilized countries in the World believe that guns are for pussies. I would believe the same thing if I did not live in the United States, but I do. That being so, I realize that guns in the United States are like countries having nuclear weapons. The enemy has theirs so I have mine, but once you use them, they fuck everything up

Correct me if I'm wrong but Is it true, a court case from 2000 where a judge in the court of appeals of NY upheld the lower courts decision that THE POLICE COULD DISCRIMINATE AGAINST YOU FOR SCORING TOO HIGH ON AN IQ TEST TO JOIN THE FORCE? Another reason this kind of police mentality is growing; because intelligence is being discriminated against. And worse... Troy Payne, an assistant professor of justice at the University of Alaska at Anchorage, note that there are about 18,000 local law-enforcement agencies in the US, all of which operate independently. "Other than civil liability, after a civil-rights lawsuit, almost all police activity is governed by their own policies and their ability to enforce their policies," Payne said. Some policies and ideas, in model form, come from the International Association of Chiefs of Police. (The IACP did not reply to a request for an interview.) So, why are the people, solely, responsible for the police finances, law suits? Everything they possess for their (alleged) job and personally, THE PEOPLE PAY FOR! Millions/billions$$$ (Who the heck decided that? I guess I'll have to study up on, police origin/history... It seems police were glorified as the good guys/protectors, back in the day. What the hell happened????????????????????) WASHINGTON, June 27 - The Supreme Court ruled that the police did not have a constitutional duty to protect a person from harm, even a woman who had obtained a court-issued protective order... OK then, how about making it just, A DUTY FOR POLICE TO PROTECT? The people deal with the corruption and scourge, ALL DAY, ALL NIGHT, EVERYDAY. For some reason when cops break the law, it costs them suspension with or without pay or they quit and allowed to re-apply to another department (gypsy cop) and be back in the game & on the streets in no time, living off the people's dime with a healthy pension. WHAT IS HAPPENING, IS MORALLY WRONG! (ILLEGAL? What a joke.) So, WHY HAVE COPS? AND if they're not here to protect & serve, what exactly is their job? Why not start again. Create a new company of men & women and call them, USA Patriots... on the peoples dime, of course.

I've recently taken a HIPAA (Health Insuranc Portability and Accountability Act) course. One of the key tenents in the course states: to always follow your company policy, even if it breaks the law. The moment you attempt to adhere to the law of the land, you lose the immunity the company's policy affords you; possibly resulting in termination. At the 2:35 mark, a question was posed regarding citizen's rights, the city manager replied with policies and procedures. Policy is your CYA card.

My thoughts on police,TSA agents and judge conduct. 1: Police, judges and TSA agents should be licensed nationally whether they are employed by local, county or state. the license criteria must include basic rights and conduct knowledge with race and disability training. 2: Police and TSA agents should be REQUIRED to carry $5,000,000 conduct liability insurance with a minimum personal deductible of $5000 (premium paid by the individual officer). if any award is higher than the $5,000,000 then the city/county or state is liable for the balance thereby stopping some of the burden of the taxpayers. 3: When police or TSA agents go above a threshold of abuse or conduct 3 times or their conduct results in arrest of the officer 1 time or the conduct insurance is exhausted the federal license should be revoked permanently. 4: All police and TSA agents conduct complaints should be investigated and reviewed externally by an independent organization (Not a private org and funded for by each districts government) . 5: All officers should be required to carry body cams that record internally and broadcast to a secure place without an on/off switch which can simply be done by the camera automatically turn on when removed from a charger or similarly by leaving the cruiser. The recordings further should only be able to be seen and not erased unless done by an independent organization outside the jurisdiction and only: 1: After a completed court trial. 2: And only after all appeals are completed or appeal times have passed. 3: And only when the trial judge signs an order to erase. The officer should be fined if the lens is covered or the audio muffled by covering the microphone.
