Mitchell County tests their siren system every Saturday. The communities of Riceville, McIntire, and Stacyville are tested at 11 AM, and the communities of Osage, Mitchell, and St. Ansgar are tested at 12 PM.

She sounds a bit sick. I grew up with one of these almost in my backyard. And that was when they were still using them for fire department alerting. There's nothing quite like getting jolted out of bed at 2am by one of these!
i cant tell if its just me or the pitch is just dropping and going back to its normal. but at the end nice
