Just found your channel love your video and set up. I am horrible at meal planning to. But l cook alot in the crockpot. I have a crockpot cookbook. I usually have a few days of leftovers. We have a nite of what we call garbage pizza. We empty the fridge usually on Friday or Saturday and make a pizza. Add a salad and you have dinner or make a soup or stir fry. Hope this helps!

9:10 you don't need to setup each month, you could put all months in in each section, your rings have plenty of space

I thought about doing that too but I keep adding more and more pages for other sections and it's getting pretty full. I may keep several months at a time but I doubt I'll keep the entire year for each section. Thanks for watching ❤
