Thanks for continuing with this album. You know, I get freaked out sometimes. I have floor to ceiling windows and I am always seeing shadows or something hitting the window or the house. It's usually a bird or a branch. Later.

Could the shadow have been a plane or a bird flying past your window?

You've always struck me as potentially being a sensitive (I realize you might not want to hear that). There are things you can do to set boundaries, if you feel the need to.

As a sensitive myself, you have to set boundaries or it can drive you insane. It took me many years to be able to do so, but it is possible.
