"Fearless" is the title of the third track on Meddle by Pink Floyd This song was one of several to be considered for the band's "best of" album. The song's slow tempo and mellow acoustic sound bear similarities to some of the other tracks on the first side of the album. David Gilmour and Roger Waters composed the song on guitar using an open tuning in G major. Waters plays the acoustic guitar parts on the studio recording, despite his job as the band's usual bassist

There are many good covers on KZread, and some with excellent interpretations that capture the essence of but do not sound a lot like the original. There is nothing wrong at all with that. This however, is another story. If someone played it for me and I didn't know better this would be one of the rare times I probably would not be able to discern the difference from the original. Your Gilmour vocals are as accurate as anything I have ever heard. Great job

Agreed, Dogs is a much more complex song and really needs to be absolutely perfect in the cover version.

Fearless and Echoes are my favorite songs, by my favorite band. First time I heard both tracks: 1987, high on LSD, near the Mount Wilson Observatory where, 99 years ago, the expansion of the universe was discovered. This band has held a spiritual place in my heart, ever since. Excellent cover of this wonderful song!

Rarely does a group go through so much effort to recreate the original piece. The video showing each part of the ensemble that comes into play was a big plus! Vocals and phrasing are on point. This is quite possibly one of the best results I've ever seen/heard! Bravo!

This is the best cover of any song I have ever heard. Infact, if the singer didn't have a slight accent, it would so perfect, that I would have said it was BETTER than the original, simply because the quality of the sound is better than what Pink Floyd could achieve in 1971. If the singer didn't have the minor accent, I would have replaced the Pink Floyd version in my MP3 collection with this one.

I only discovered MobyDick00001 3 days ago but have since found out that Carlos Assad who was the driving force behind these incredible performances sadly died in 2017 and as far as I can establish that is the end of this project.
