@@kirksimon3940 I agree do not move into a neighborhood where it has HOA fee if you don’t want to pay those fees. It is not up to the person who lives on site to do so. Leave that up to management to take care of those things if it wasn’t stated when they moved in that’s another story. I also blame management to allow people who live on the grounds to take care of this it is not their place because it will create these type of problems among neighbors. We are also forgetting that Belinda notarized herself to another home owners rental properties where she gained 1M dollars in which is one of the reasons why she was arrested on fraud. other home owners took them to court for the HOA fees over the years over whether or not it was a legitimate hoa fee. Among research it was discovered that the home owners was discontinued on their estates and that community paid into the PID which pays into such like a HOA fee. Belinda was wrong and how she came about it and did it was wrong she was not right and how she conducted herself was down right wrong. She is not innocent as she would like to proclaim to be. Sorry not sorry.

They paid into a PID, which is run by the City and not her. She also had her privately run company managing the funds and that's a conflict of interest. That's why she's brought up on 29 charges

I knew Belinda was a snake. I'm normally empathetic. But Belinda was at fault. Sorry! This is EXACTLY why I moved to the woods. Eventhough I still experience some nuisance from certain neighbors, I am just far enough to not get involved or engage.

This one had a happy ending.

Belinda caused all these problems because she had too much power and was abusing it mostly because the lady didn’t like her decor. One reason I hate HOAs because they give some of the wrong people too much power

This is why I don't make friends with my neighbors cause when things go south they make your life a living hell

I don’t feel sorry for Belinda she caused it and she was being evil about it she play victim and everyone else was the problem. Sorry not sorry. I did not like her interview all she did was smile about the situation and that bothered me a lot. I don’t feel sorry for her I felt like she was the cause of it.

Funny how she woke up the next day saw her car was damage and was upset how he got his vehicle out but yet she intentionally blocked him and smiled about it

Don’t trap two women in a car snd shoot one unarmed woman who is a sitting duck.. He should have served some time for attempted murder! @@janethorne429 never said the other couple was right. No one here gets a pass it’s clearly wrong. To me Belinda looked like she got a rise talking about it and at times laughed about it. No one is talking about Religion here it means nothing to me what is right is right and what is wrong is wrong and both were wrong. Religion is a whole other topic but we will stay at what the story is and the situation I was speaking on is how she conducted herself during the interview and listening to her she did not make her case any better.

I been going through the same thing for the past 20 years .He has no reguard for anyone .

​@@kirksimon3940 In this episode Belinda and her husband moved into a new neighborhood and created a fraudulent HOA in a neighborhood that didn't have one inorder to steal money. They went to jail for putting liens on people's homes and actually stealing several properties when the homeowners wouldn't pay the fake citations.

That decoration was ugly (the real pics of the house). Belinda ran for mayor and didn't didn't know she didn't own the street and can't regulate who parks in front of her home. And the city is pronounced Lane*KISS*ter not Land*CASS*ter.
