How refreshing to hear Eric Metaxas speak such truth. My late husband in the UK was frequently criticised by other Christians because he served as a local Councillor for 32 of our 34 years of marriage. He was first and foremost a Christian but loved his constituents and served them well.

I grew up in a “ go-along” church in the fifties. In the sixties, I found an advertisement for instruction in witchcraft in the back of one of my mother’s women’s magazines. When I pointed it out to her,she said it wouldn’t hurt anything. I told a friend of hers and got the same response. Now, witches practice their craft openly. It hurt. These things hurt us.

He regenerates the dead, SO THAT, they then come alive to put their faith and trust in Him as Lord and Savior. He is the cause of salvation- not man. Dead men can do nothing.

MANY churches have fallen away.... They have become 'lukewarm'.... Or have fallen into the deception of false doctrine. Three false doctrines are: 1. Salvation thru works. ( Salvation is the FREE GIFT of God, and not by works... lest any man should boast.) 2. Eternal hell fire for humans. ( The lake of fire has been prepared for Satan and his demons, who are eternal beings.... We are not eternal beings... We were created, from the dust of the earth, to which we shall return. We were given God's breath of life, which goes back to God when we die. In the end, the saved are resurrected, transferred, changed, INCORRUPTIBLE (eternal) as the angels, and thus can be with the Lord, forever.) 3. An early, pre-tribulation rapture.... We are never promised to escape tribulation... We are to rejoice, be patient, and to persevere in tribulation. We are always promised to escape WRATH, the seven vials of God's wrath that are poured upon the earth at the very end. I pray that you can find a church, body of believers, who are true Christian's and as such, SEEK TRUTH.

23:28 Eric wants to continually bring up the American slave trade comparing that to Nazi Germany while completely ignoring the war crime of England and the United States in the carpet bombing of Tokyo and Dresden Germany. How many millions of innocent people did we murder! As for slavery in America, yes, the great statesman of the past wanted to get rid of it, but they also wanted to send blacks out of the country back to Africa. This is an inconvenient truth that Eric never brings up. Abraham Lincoln was a member of the American Colonization Society, as was Francis Scott Key who wrote our national anthem.

Every time I listen to Eric, he brings up Hitler as that if that is some kind of kill shot. He is also anti American because he defines America as merely an ideology. Nations are not ideologies. Nations are people of a particular racial and ethnic identity who have a culture, religion, ancestry, and tradition, but Eric strips away the humanity from America and reduces it down to didactic propositions.

Only one Gospel: The Gospel of Reconciliation. Jesus Christ came into THEIR kingdom to reconcile fallen angels unto Himself. We are the fallen angels kept in DNA chains of darkness. If you do not confess being a fallen angel in Lucifer's kingdom, then you are an unbeliever. Unbeliever = those that claim to be made in the image of God.

I know that if I had been a public speaker my adult life, I would have said many things I regret. No doubt, Eric is taking a risk being in front of people for so many years and not knowing what a nation is. Nations are defined by race and ethnicity which includes religion. America is defined as a White Angle Saxon Protestant people, but he rejects ethnicity as a component of national identity and urges people to denounce their ethnicity and adopt a radical esoteric utopian ideology as their American identity. This destruction of ethnos is an evil unparalleled in the history of the world which is now coming home to roost with our dysfunctional society thanks to people like Eric who encourage immigration from foreigners who do not belong here. Eric believes that to be an American you must buy into American values but doesn't realize that his ideology is absurd. The reason it is absurd is because if an American is someone who adopts certain ideals, then what do you do with BLM, Antifa and the Communist Party USA? What do you do with Joe Biden? Biden clearly doesn't share Eric's American values, so is Joe Biden an American? If he is an American, then this shoots down Eric's idea that an American is someone who has certain values. This is a non sequitur. American identity is a birthright defined by the 1828 Webster's dictionary which defines Americans as "descendants of Europeans born in America."
