FEAR is your FRIEND
Фильм және анимация
Fear always has two faces - a light and a shadow - between the known and the unknown - between the past and the future.
We are all driven by fear - it is an inherent part of our lives. But we so often ignore it, pretending that these fears don't exist. Yet when we choose to confront them, we are making a choice to learn more about ourselves, and the world around us. And we grow from that experience, becoming a stronger, more empowered person.
As psychologist and mystic, Carl Jung, famously said: "Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate."

@@nancygra Bless you for asking Nancy. I'm in a good place now thank you. I discovered daily pages. Writing at least 3 pages per day just getting my thoughts and feelings out no matter what went down on paper. Only after a few weeks my perception on life changed. I grew calmer and more grateful for what I have. I also started a free community art group to kick start my own artistic journey and in doing so helped 15 other souls smile once a week for a few hours being creative and chatting! I am very grateful you asked as it reminded me to pick up my daily pages again and also you reminded me that it's been a year. If I may ask, how are you Nancy? With thanks. Steve

hi, i'm a professional editor and colorist who have been working in television for twenty years. my congratulations for such an excellent work, technically it is beautiful and very well executed, and of course the content and the tenderness and love with which the interviews are chosen is wonderful. So true, I too have had this happen in my life. Thanks for sharing.
It is SO refreshing to hear these beautiful women speak so honestly about their struggles, mistakes, "failures" & lessons. Their humility & vulnerability opens me up, makes me feel like I'm not alone with how long it is taking me to learn similar lessons. We really are all the same, aren't we? And how true it is that it's only in hindsight ("retrospect") that we are able to not only see the value in our "failures" but the opportunities for change. This film is so full of hope, humanity & the possibility and promise of new birth. Thank you, GR. Another gift to our hurting world.

Beautiful words, I agree with you.
This made me cry both times I've watched it the last 24 hours. Lots of it was cathartic but the singular thread in here is the lady who in her 60's realized what I did in my 30's. I felt like I had wasted my life and hurt too many people but I I have been learning to shift so I don't ruin the rest of my life and hurt more people. This woman, who learned 30 years later than I did, had moved into a better life. It's never too later. It really is never to late. Fear is the mindkiller but it can teach us things too.

Without a doubt anxiety makes life very challenging... And it´s something i struggle with everyday! But i found that if we shift our perspective and start seeing anxiety as something that can help us noticing where we have to improve and become stronger, it will become easier to do the work! :) Sometimes, the things that make us most fearfull and anxious are exactly the things we have to do and acomplish.

I have found that doing art is the best remedy for anxiety. You have to concentrate your mind. The mind is like a wild monkey that must be tamed. Drawing mandalas is the very best! I strongly advise it to anyone with nervous issues!

It is difficult for me to get rid of fear. Always care about others' comments about my performance. When failure happens, my fear comes up again. I encourage myself that fear can't help. Don't afraid of getting failure and do the best I can. Now I am better than before. No seriously fear for failure and others' comments about what my result is. I only emphasize doing some matter in life so meaningful to me and learning what I get from this matter. Always keep a positive attitude to doing anything.

My god iam this person.......spot on....... nows the time for transformation.......
I just discovered your channel recently and i being so grateful listening these golden words/advice from these wonderful people, its really opened my eyes. I just turned 26 this year and i feel im not that young and thinking 'is that too late for me to start doing thing that i want to do?' Plus i let my early 20's doing thing that i dont like, pursued engineering course even i dont enjoy that course. I took engineering because my exam result suit that course and bluntly followed my aunt advice because shes work oil and gas. Waste around 5 to 6 years doing thing that i didn't like, its because i just want to fitted in. Grateful ive got great friends around me while in university and thats why im afraid to quit. Afraid to be different from my surroundings. Fear what peoole gonna say later. Studied engineering and now want to work in baking course? Absolutely opposite. I really love baking, the art of doing it is just beautiful. Its not only about looks and taste, its about the experiences making it, the skills how to turned it good. The hard thing to quit during study is i dont want to upset my parents. They were really proud that im pursuing in engineering and how can i quit that time, its totally can broke their heart. 3 years studied and 2.5 years working in engineering. Im out. Hate it every morning waking up in the morning for work, and its eating me out. The feeling to quit my job become more and more and i cannot stand it anymore. Its horrible. And i decided to quit, just last week. Its a brave move i think during this pandemic and its okay, its for my own good. Never felt so relieved like this. I want to put my self in pastry and baking industry so that i can learn and doing thing that i love. This week ive got new job at one of baking factory and i will start my new job next week. Im so glad that i took this decision and at first i feel hesitate is it a good move? But then i think deeply, and ask my self 'How many years you want to waste your life doing thing you dont like? Enough for right now. Do it for yourself, not for anybody else.' This week before i start my new job, i stumble your channel and listen to this wonderful people, the golden word for them really teach me about living life to the fullest. And to compare my self to these people, i far young from them and i still got time and i dont need to be worry much. Just pursue what i love and keep going, make it slow, enjoy smallest thing and look surrounding with open eyes. Im so grateful for your team and please keep doing this!!!! Its life changing for me, and others as well. Stay safe everyone.

One day I realized that there was never failiure in my Life or that I did " wrong" . Because back then I did what I did out of what I knew out of this Moment. Later on .....when WE know better because WE changed out of experience WE call it a failure. Isn't it like that? For me it is and ir is a big Relief. And do I was able to forgive others because they also just did what they knew at every Moment what they knew or were able to do. I hate my Mother a long time but now I know for sure she did the best at any point she was able to give and what she knew at this point. Freedom occurs when you accept that you have never done anything wrong. It is the BELIEF of having done wrong that create your Prison. So with that I set myself free and my Mother........and all the others. Then I felt peace and still. No regrets. No guilt...no shame.....just the deep acceptance of ALL IS WELL IN ALL OF CREATION......me too.....YOU too❤🧡💛💚💙💜hugs. MERRY christmas. May you be in magic.....awareness....joy. always. Look at the silent resistance to forgiving our mother from all the people who pass your post by, she often being still so very active in our lives. What happens here? Do mothers become worse? Arguably there seems so much less about forgiving our father as the patriarchy ( ?) Goes way over our heads. I daresay the mother has passed on, or stood aside from the prescription for us children raisers. Whatever she does is wrong, just like whatever we did was wrong. I have observed that the rage of a child over a little thing is very real to them, and while they rage and forgive endlessly as a child, stuck with dealing with the world on their own when trying to leave the nest, the mother is clearly to blame, our language has it. This is similar to wokeness, an apparently as right as Meghan Markle derivative of hatred of our various lineages. So what does the world offer us that our mother does not?
"When we take a wrong turning, we have to wait till we find the right road". I love this. It resonates beautifully.

I think unless the lady knowingly self-sabotaged herself ... how would she know that the turn she took was wrong? she's too hard on herself ! only in hindsight would one know if it's right or wrong ... so it's unfair to judge herself / oneself like that 😌 I'd rather see it as ... correcting ones course after discovering is not the right path ... some may correct it immediately others have a lag of years later ... love these videos to reflect on ones own life 😍

I'm 63, and only now I'm starting to review my.life with a fine tooth comb. I wish I could have pushed through and found a therapist who made sense. This new me: it's liberating in a way. It's never too late to turn your life in a good direction.

I recognised the face, the painting, and my soul knew… Ms Jackson has another breath for the soul. When my heart swelled with recognition through this story, my spirit settled with gratitude… peace. 1000 blessings. As always, much love from Western Victoria, Australia.

Everyone is striving to be the best among friends, family, work etc...Majority of people achieve this by pulling others down or insulting them by any means. So here i am, escaping from them...to breath fresh air...Let them succeed by crushing my self-esteem...

Wonderful. thank you. It took me longer, I began at a younger age, but each time it took me to the next level.
I love them
Journey on! YES!
I dont have fear anymore since I received JESUS CHRIST as my savior and HIS spirit dwels in me. I saw Lucifer and demons but did not fear them for the power in me. I had fought with witches and warlocks, did not fear them for the Spirit of GOD in me in power. I was poison and plotted to be killed, but I did not fear for I know I am protected. Nothing fear me anymore even death. The only one I fear is GOD who has the power and authority in the heaven, on earth, and below the earth. Walking with GOD gives you power, peace, and love. Fear is of the devil, and must be overcome. Received the Holy Spirit of GOD in you and you will be built like a rock on top of the hill unmovable whatever comes.

Thank you all for your honesty. I have never ever really said leave me alone. Ive never sat with my thoughts to do my healing. Ive felt guilty for being me. Im undoing all the abuses you can imagine from famiy life, gone no contact, its hard but blissfully great to know i wont be hearing how shit i am when i am not. My black hole is being filled up with fun and my own new experiences. I dont care if im alone anymore, im good enough for me, amen.

Beautiful... this one touched me a lot.
Thank !
Neither fear nor friend. We have to keep our feets on the world. Reading the news in newspapers makes me think to worldwide insanity. I cherish my family, the beauty of nature and the courage around me. I am particularly sensible to the protection of animals.
