Fear Factory Live in 4K FULL CONCERT 2023 in Los Angeles CA PLUS Concert Review
Prepare to be blown away as Fear Factory unleashes an unforgettable performance that will leave your heart racing and your ears ringing! The sheer power and energy behind their soaring decibel levels is enough to take your breath away, and earplugs are a must for what promises to be the loudest show of the night.

From the moment guitarist Dino Cazares stepped onto the stage with a grin from ear to ear, the crowd knew they were in for a treat. As they launched into their opening song 'Shock', the audience erupted into cheers, and the energy continued to escalate from there.
The thunderous bass lines of Tony Campos, perfectly complemented by the drumming of Pete Webber from Havok, shook the very foundation of the historic Belasco Theater venue on Hill St in Los Angeles California.
But it wasn't just the instrumentalists who brought their A-game. Singer Milo Silvestro whipped the crowd into a frenzy, urging them to join in an old-school mosh pit that had the entire venue shaking.
As they belted out fan favorites like 'Disruptor', 'Powershifter', and an unforgettable rendition of 'Replica' to close out the set, the audience screamed their approval, begging for more. Fear Factory's massive talent and unwavering energy were on full display, leaving no doubt that this was a performance for the ages.

Happy all you fanboys like the new singer. I must admit, he sounds great as does the new line up. Here's my question; how long before Dino antagonizes or infuriates these guys to such a degree that they are forced to leave or fired? It's happened before, and it is why Dino is the only original member.

Yes, sir! Those old pricks thrashin' & crashing, but the youngster sings more clean than Bell. I would say, moreover, more powerful even! Fukin' EDGECRUSHER breaking da bones till nano dust - 2 gyus is awesome idea (like band Flapjack in Poland), but then punch after punch. Maybe new king shouldn't 100% copy original tracks vocal lines. He needs some time to spread da wings! BTW I really miss Christian Olde Wolbers. And Tony Campos is playing too much bands - this is gonna piss me off that not me :-)

Was gonna say the same. Choosing a new vocalist is no easy feat for such a long-standing band. Having a much younger singer bring their own energy is so awesome. I loved Burtons singing, it had so much 80s goth energy as well as the harsh growling to match the lyrical and musical content. New Fear Factory are a new band. No denying it. Their new material will demonstrate the departure from the old but it is so reassuring that Milo can honour the classics. I shall miss Burtons heartfelt almost new-romantic stylings but the essence of the band has not gone from the sounds of it. And that is testament to Dinos extremely thorough vetting of replacement singers. It is clear that Milo can not only fill the vocal range, he also knows each song intimately, and from the POV of a multi-instrumentalist. TIme will tell if he has that quintessential 80s new-wave/goth feel that has made (for me) Fear Factory what it is. The balance of sadness and hard mechanical times with a melancholic hope for what limited future we have.
Dude Dino was soo fuckin tight on Saturday. How bout Pete Webber absolutely nailing the those songs and putting on a show, wish we could keep him behind the kit. Stoked we have Milo, hopefully we get another decade of Fear Factory!

I am a massive FF fan, have loved them since back in the mid 90's when I saw them about 20 times in the UK. Met Dino and Burton a number of times and I like both of them a great deal, the split caused a lot of upset to me, that said, Dino's picked an absolute winner with Milo, what a voice! The band sound motivated, the band sound like they are better than they have ever been and I can't wait to see them live again.
Holy Fucking Shit they sound tight as ever even with the new singer! He more than does justice in filling Burtons shoes! 🤘 And with Tony Campos & the Drummer from Havok this is a kick ass lineup! Dino has always been a badass on the Guitar!! 🎸 His riffs are sick as hell! I’ll never forget the first time I saw & heard Fear Factory back in 1993 on the Soul Of A New Machine album! Saw them with White Zombie (La Sexorcisto) & Anthrax (Sound Of White Noise) Fear Factory has been in my Top 10 bands ever since!

After fear factory finished their set security were talking about it and apparently they were able to get him breathing again and he was transported to a local hospital because he didn't know his name, the year, nor where he was. I got to say that as much as Burton was the man on record, he never lived up to his studio vocals, but Milo here is killing it with the clean vocals. I know that they use a shit ton of reverb to make them sound so good, but even with the help of effects, burton was just not able to get those clean sections going strong. Milo makes it sound more like studio Fear Factory which is great. The whole band was on point for this gig.

I must admit i was hesitant to give FF a listen without Burton. Burton and FF was a big part of my teenage years. I was lucky to see them at the first ozzfest and when they toured with Slayer to promote Obsolete. I will always remember those shows and when I heard Burton left FF, I did not want to listen to anymore FF without him at the helm. After seeing this performance, I wouldn't mind seeing them live with this lineup. They all sounded great and the new singer Milo did very well. He sounds a little like Burton but doesn't try to and does his thing, which is good. I think with Milo being younger than the rest of the band sparked new life in the band and I will be curious to hear what their new album will sound like with Milo at the helm. I see they are touring with Coal Chamber in 2024 and might go check them out!!

No disrespect to B.C.B. None at all. Finding a replacement for him wouldn't have been that hard. Most of Burtons vocal composition are very safe. What was made known so well by Burton is how he made a specific sound, that became a signature brand. His replacement proves it, that Burtons approach is a must. At least for now. Thats how big an impact Burton has. The question now is, will Milo venture outside of Burtons style or be made to keep it on new material for the sake of signature sound? If he ventures out, itll be a new move for FF. If he stays or must stay on Burtons approach, then I have to say that so long as any vocalist takes on FF, that replacement will always be in Burtons shadow. Burton will always be FF. Like it or not.
