The first time I heard it this album just blew me away. I loved the concept of the album and the way he was rapping was fantastic. This album just put him on the map. It has some of my favorite Kendrick songs too like Ronald Reagan era, rigamortus, And Keisha's song. This whole album is just great beginning to end. I mean all of his albums are fantastic but I just personally enjoy this one the most. To pimp a butterfly is a very close second

Agreed! It's a classic and I don't care what anyone tries to tell me to convince it's not.
Love these videos
Game selling 5 MIL with the Documentary definitely brought the west back to the mainstream. Not only that but Game influenced TDE. He even though he doesn't take credit for it, he put AB Soul on his first tour and he put Jay Rock and Kendrick (then known as K-Dot) on his Black wallstreet Mixtapes. He kept the West long enough in the mainstream till Kendrick/TDE took over.

SanAntoBalla facts 💯
love these vids man, always respect your perspective! would love to see your "physicals" collection though, pure fire i imagine!! thanks !
Much love and respect from California
I'm so happy to see Spice 1 on this list. He's one of the best gangsta rappers ever and like you said, it's a shame that he's so overlooked and underappreciated. His first 4 albums are bangers that never get old to me. AmeriKkka's Nightmare is my personal favorite but that's just me though.
Slowly but surely making may way through all these. Also can't wait to hear your thoughts on the new Em album
Passin' me by still one my favorite til this day... I discovered them thanks to B.E.T on Saturdays some artist were invited to play their favorite videos and I went nuts when I heard *Passin' me by*
Dope to see Boy Meets World on there, that album is super underrated. Below The Heavens too!
love your videos keep them up beezy
Fashawn - Boy Meets World is crazy dope but i put Blu - Good To be Home or Below The Heavens over it
187 He Wrote is easily one of the greatest west coast albums of all time and Spice 1 is so slept on these days
Thanks for the videos and happy holidays. Also, thanks for taking my feedback from last video and posting the albums in the video info :)
Seen Fashawn open up for Run the Jewels, great music. Didn't expect Section .80 that high
Great list so far Beezy! Huge fan of yours especially on Deadendhiphop. Even though I am not a producer, it is always interesting to hear from you talk about producer stuff. Keep up the good work Beezy, always be supporting you brother! P.S. - I hope Ras Kass - Soul On Ice is in your top 5 for West Coast hip hop albums haha, that's easily my all time favorite album from the West Coast.
Thanks for that ras kass recommendation. This shit is dope!
I agree that Pharcyde was west coast's answer to A Tribe Called Quest
documentary definitely put the west back on the map
Pharcyde number 12 Beezy?!!? You crazy lol
Could you do a favorite producers list?
