I just received this knife for Christmas. I love it. We bought a different brand of knives a few years ago that cost more and it is such a joy to get rid of them. I will be ordering the paring knife when they are back in stock.

But can it slice a pineapple in mid air? It looks like you've improved your editing over the last two years and your intro music sort of sounds like America's test kitchen intro.
