Fauna is too smart to be lightweight, her 🤓 brain is rejecting the alcohol 😂

I understand Fauna so well. I literally get sick before I get tipsy. It’s like my body is trying to protect me from the stupid stuff I would apparently pull, if I would be intoxicated, sooo… thanks, I guess? 😅

my body does something similar. But the worst i've ever done was about lil less than 30 beers in one night, but my body sorta alarms me at my limit, more like.

I too am like Fauna barely drink and when I do I don't get drunk no matter how much I drink. At first I would brag about my tolerance but then my friend told me it's better to be a lightweight cause you spend less and get to fun part faster. After that I started hating my high tolerance because he's right.

She got that high tolerance from papa kirin 💪🦌

She needs to ask Calli to make her the Third Strongest Drink.

Oh, this one has an interesting explanation! Asians produce a non-functioning variant of one of the enzymes responsible for degrading alcohol (aldehyde dehydrogenase). Therefore many asians and those of asian descent are lightweights when it comes to drinking, and that fits some of the hololive girls

If you are drinking to get buzzed/drunk, then having a high tolerance can be a pain. But in that case, you should only be drinking if you enjoy the taste. I have a low tolerance, but I also hate the taste of most any alcholic drink, so I don't drink.

I have a relatively high tolerance but I also hate the taste of most alcoholic drinks - but I get way more relaxed and talkative when I drink, so I still do it on occasion. Sweet cocktails work for me, though they're expensive and have embarrassing names :P

Another reason to love Fauna even more. I find so many similarities to her, it's unimaginable.

They only regenerate partly. Once.

Yeah I understand faunas struggles it really sucks having a high alcohol tolerance meanwhile all the lightweights around you are having fun.

I'm a social drinker, but not the type that enjoys getting drunk drunk, so I actually like not being a lightweight. I enjoy getting laidback, sipping through whatever shots are in front of me, listening to the conversations getting haywire as others drink, all the while myself not getting to the point of drunkenness. Helps me to maintain control of myself, which I do not enjoy losing.

I don't equate "getting drunk" with "fun" when it comes to alcohol, so I kinda disagree.

I’ve never been able to get drunk. I just get bored of alcohol.

Fauna my dear I am 6'8" or precisely 2 meters if you prefer non-retarded units and weigh around 160kg or 320 pounds. I ask myself regularily why people are lightweight, but there is a stark difference between HALF A BEER and half a bottle of liquor. btw I am on my third bottle of sake and type straight, anyways weight might be a BIG factor.

High alcohol tolerance is nothing to brag about, because being proud of drinking a lot if just dumb. But it's not a bad thing either, because drinking for the sake of being drunk isn't exactly a good way of enjoying alcohol.

Then what is the point of drinking alcohol if not to get tipsy or drunk? They all taste like shit and expensive to boot. Being me, a person with high tolerance, who hates the taste of alcohol, but love getting drunk is suffering.

If you want to get drunk not being lightweight is bad. Good if you want to watch you lightweight friends
