Sir! I had fatty liver grade 1 for last 7 yrs. In 2019, I had a gall bladder removal operation and after 9 months of it, my health drastically improved. My LFT all got normal and I felt better. But my liver was still grade 1 and as I did used to eat some outside food, recently, my SGPT is 66. SGOT is 42. Bilirubin level is 0.74.And I have grade 2 fatty liver. My sugar fasting is 100. And I am currently pursuing extreme controlled diet. Last 2 days, I have been having lots of bloating and belching but it has happened earlier before my gall bladder operation and was not present until now again. Can i humbly request you to please answer few questions? 1) Is fatty liver Grade 2, reversible? 2) is NASH ,another name for Fatty liver Grade 2? 3) does my prognosis seems bleak? Kindly request you to answer my queries. I will be really pleased and grateful to you.

my husbands profile is similsr to yours except for gall bladder removal. He is diabetic from past 7 years and nafld from 12 years. now today found it to be grade 2 from grade 1. how are you and what medications are you taking

@@TheRpr2009 I am doing good since last 6 months. I had bering doing Freehand exercise and Yoga for the last 4 months. Daily 1 to 2 hours of walking. Simple diet. My liver is now grade 1 again.

@@TheRpr2009 Breakfast - Cornflakes /Oats / Musseli/ Puffed rice with Curd ( As I can't digest milk). Your husband can have milk instead of curd. Banana / Apple slices. Any Bolied vegetables. ( At times). Lunch. Rice, Dal, Home cooked light Side dishes ( Vegetables / fish). Smashed potato or any boiled vegetable like smashed brinjal or pumpkin. ( in general what i mean is home cooked light food. Not spicy or oily. ). Late afternoon. FRUITS. Evening - Green Tea. Biscuits. Dinner. Same. Home cook food. Light. Free hand exercise and yoga every morning. Brisk walking 2 hours every day. 1hour in the mornings. 1 hpur in the evening.
