It's rare you see writer succeed in making a character that was once so easily hated into a fan favorite seriously season 4 finale and season 5 have made endeavor my favorite character in this series

You can tell how hard Endeavor is trying to be nice, and I really appreciate that of him. He knows he can't make them forgive him for all of those years, but he's doing what he can for right now and leaving it up to them. He's patiently waiting for their forgiveness, and I admire that so much. 😭😭 I can't wait til this episode is dubbed.

It's really good that Endeavor isn't trying to force his son to forgive him. It really adds depth and sincerity to his atonement and redemption.

I still find it stupid how some people think that he doesn’t deserve a redemption arc

One theory Its possibly because they have had similar parents like Endeavour. Its a rough place to be in, and suffer the consequences of. And I kind of get Natsuos frustration that, somehow once Endeavour decided he would change everyone has to go along with it and it feels like its happening despite all the horrible things they had to go through. Itd at the very least be extremely frustrating. And whats to say he wont revert? Natsuo may be lacking that security and fearing it will all just go back to how it was before Endeavour decided to change.

i love this moment because we can see their father-son moment literally interrupt the traffic jam 😂, its very rare to sees that in action series 👍

There is good in Endeavor. Deep down he does care for his children especially after Touya’s alleged death. Endeavor doesn’t want to lose another child because he wasn’t there for them.

@@alexart1551 Touya’s “death” wasn’t his fault, he told Touya repeated to not use his quirk, plus you can’t say he doesn’t have consequences, he clearly does as seen as Todoroki’s brothers reluctant’s to forgive him, also does it never occur to people Bakugo would’ve done the same thing if he continued acting the way he did in the beginning in the story, I don’t think so because everyone was so quick to defend Bakugo and not give a dam about what he said or did

Like he said, he’s not asking for forgiveness. Just atoning for his sins. It’s fine to hate him which is totally normal. He saw the errors of his ways and is trying to do the right thing wether people hate him or not. he’s going to continue to be the number one hero so people can look up to him not as a monster but as a hero. And that right there is why I like his character now. It’s the fact that he’s really trying even after the things hes done.
