I love Lin and his dad. He is so kind. Thanks to him I got to meet Lin at a People En Español event about 8 years ago. Mr. Miranda saw that several of us were waiting to talk to Lin after his panel. He came over to us and asked if we wanted to meet Lin, we said yes and he said ok hold on. Minutes later Lin came out to meet us and take pictures with us. They were both incredibly nice.

Met them both at a book signing event on July 21. Luis was doing an interview off to the side at the time and couldn't interact with fans, so I said a quick hello and told him I liked his socks. (They were socks with the PR print on them) Lin was incredibly welcoming and was very engaging with fans. We had a brief chat about claw machines at Dave And Busters.

it made me happy when lin used the term stan correctly. we stan forty-year-old celebrities that use slang correctly and casually

Busking (singing and collecting money) is a whole licensed thing in some cities, including New York. You have to get a license for it, licenses are limited, and the license gives you a time and place where you can do it. Otherwise the whole place would be a cacophony of buskers trying to out-busk each other.

Sure! You can find his adress online. I'm pretty sure he lives on Broadway street in New York. I just addressed my letter there and he wrote me back. Also, you dont have to be nervous because it's okay if he doesnt write you back. It was just fun to talk to and thank him.

Muting his speaker, not his microphone. So they can still hear you, but you can't hear them. Confusing terms I know. They mean "deafen themselves" so they can't hear everyone else.
