This training is surprisingly effective! Lost 2 kg in 2 month exercising daily for 30-50 min. And it also affected my strength so much! I do climbing + trampoline + aero stretching once a week (all at once 😊) and now I really feel stamina boost! I can climb 9 meters up and down 3 times in a row 😮 And I definitely gained muscle! Just don’t look for quick changes and keep going!
I've been doing your exercises for over a month now and so far I lost 3 kilos without me changing my usual eating habit. Thanks Mira 😊❤

I'm on day 22 following their routines. Every day o try do three workouts. Its the best live the music keep a you goung. I can't wait every day to get up and workout after been sick for 6 months I'm glad I'm back at it .thank you. 11.5lbs down in there weeks

As an overweight teenager struggling with maintaining healthy habits and exercises, these workouts will surely help me reduce weight in order to be healthy for my age group (please motivate me huhu) Starting weight: 149lbs After 1 week: it didn't change since I was busy with online classes and couldn't find the right motivation to do so
