overthinking is one of the most common problem in todays day and age. infact aap bol sakte ho ki aajke time pe more then 95% logo ka jo brain hai wo MONEY MIND hai. monkey kaise yaha waha uchalta hai vaisehi hamara brain bi yaha waha uchalta rehta hai. jo kai baar hame sleep problems deta hai. mujhe bi ye issue hota hai kai baar agar apko bi ye issue hota hai agar aap bi apne brain ko kai baar control nahi kar paate to fikar mat karo coz over thinking be kind of ek ADDICTION hai. jisse ladne se pehle hame samajna hoga ye kyu hota hai. agar apko kuch khane se LOOSE MOTION start ho to aap doctor k paas dawa k liye jaoge but usse bi pehle apko jo khake pait kharab ho raha hai wo khana band karna hoga. similarly yaha bi 3 reason batata hu jo apko ye problem de raha hai overthinking ka loose motion de raha hai.

@@Asphy-tb8gi Join the Gym immediately. 3-5 days per week. You can take baidyanath ashwagandha 5 days a week and then reduce to 2-3 days per week after 6 months.

For a relaxed life sit on a chair, back straight, eyes closed and observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for around 5-10-15 minutes or more. Don’t fight with your thoughts. Slowly the mind will relax. No deep breathing needed. Anytime of the day or night before sleep sit or lie down on your back and observe your breath. Nice video. If you have a problem of overthinking negative thoughts do the below given simple practice daily. Be careful what you feed your mind. Avoid comparing yourself with others, reduce watching negative social media--news channels and avoid constipation as it affects the mind. Your breathing is closely related to the brain [mind] and gives relief from stress and overthinking. For a relaxed mind observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils and within the nostrils for 5-10-15 minutes or more. You can sit straight on a chair or lay down anywhere, eyes closed but avoid deep breathing. Don’t fight your thoughts. Make it a lifetime habit to observe your breath before sleep, when travelling, when reading, when walking, at the workplace etc, Best wishes--Counsellor.

I don't usually comment on a video. But this made to that. I can't tell how much beneficial this was for me. I have been suffering from this 'overthinking of future cum depression" stuff. Which totally destroyed me from inside and made to question about my existence. But now I am pretty confident that it's not gonna be anymore form now. ~just said what I felt ( because I know that I'm not alone , there must be someone else who can relate and change themselve)
