My preferred way to get money is to play through the game until you finish the Copland mission which is around halfway into it. This unlocks the cop outfit at the Vice Beach Police Station. Collect all 100 hidden packages to unlock the Hunter helicopter at the army base. Use the cop uniform to sneak into the army base to steal the Hunter then play it's Vigilante mission. If you do this for about 30 mins to an hour without failing the mission which shouldn't be a problem since the Hunter makes it super easy you will earn enough money to last you the entire game.

@@allawy It doesn't take that long. I mean yeah unlike the video's method you can't do this at the beginning of the game. But money isn't even all that important at the beginning anyway. It's only halfway into it when you really need a lot of money. And after you finish the Copland mission you have access to the entire city and a helicopter which makes it possible to get all the hidden packages. It should only take little over an hour to get all the packages with a guide. So once you get started the entire process probably only takes 2-3 hours. And not only will you get a ton of money but the hidden packages unlocks a lot of weapons and special vehicles and you should finish the Vigilante mission in the process which gives you 50 extra armor. I just think this method is easier, less tedious and more rewarding in the long run.

My favorite way to make loads of cash in this game is the Brown Thunder vigilante missions. The largest payout I got up to was $255,000 I was on level 50 something, not only did I have a blast but I went from just over 800K to 7.1 million in about 30 minutes.

I got $104,862,357 dollars doing this, I could've known about this 17 years ago when I was 4, playing these games for the first time, I will say getting the $104 million was a pain in the ass.

also still works in the original version to those who were wondering, thanks for this tip its great, i made over $52 million and $26 million from just 1 single run

Best I've gotten out of Cone Crazy is 200 million, collected over 20 rounds of beating it. This method can be found on KZread, wait until the timer reaches 00:00 for the first seven times, in doing so you will reach the max amount of time spent during the rounds where your bonus time for each checkpoint is reduced. Once you can no longer beat your personal best by running the timer down to 00:00, then add an additional second to the timer each new personal best. The fastest that you can go with the pattern shown in this video is 00:11, the second biggest reward. A 00:12 time is beatable with a different path, but is more difficult to preform. Having a 00:12 time will give you a reward of $104,857,600,209,715,000, which if you have not skipped a step beforehand would put you at over 200 million.

Same I since the cannon will not stay backwards in this version I've gotten the Hunter from the Military base and just go on a nonstop spree until like you said I reach to 250K payout then quit and save progress. I've had it crash on me once when using the rockets too fast. Lost that 7.1 million but quickly restarted and got back up to 8.5 million.

I remember doing all of the side missions before doing the first mission.

This works great, not patched yet in 2024. To really get the most out of this, the timer doesn't run until you pick up the first checkpoint. So before picking up the first one, you can use your car to gently move over some of the cones that are usually in the way. I usually move the ones on the first and second checkpoint over so you can cross that section full speed. By doing this, I easily got it in 9 seconds. You could probably get 8 or even 7 seconds by doing this if you get the checkpoint in the corner first. However I can't be bothered to try this since I'm sitting on 200,000,000+ by doing this trick.

What I did was beat my old score by 1 second each time and if my car blew up I drove around the block and one always spawned in or on top of the lot

I have a good method which I used in original Gta vc what you do is take a police car start the mission vigilante then park the car inside the garage use cheat big bang get in the car then rinse and repeat I made 1million using this method P.S this will only work if cheat codes are alllowed in the remastered game

I think I found something faster(it does involve cheat codes tho): 1 - Unlock the Vercetti estate by killing Ricardo Diaz; 2 - Get a cop car; 3 - Start a vigilante mission; 4 - Park the car in the garage; 5 - Leave the car there and get out of the garage; 6 - Use the cheat code that makes all nearby vehicles explode (on PC just type "bigbang" on your keyboard, I'm not sure how you do it on consoles but you can look it up), watch out, as the car parked outside will explode too, so you might wanna back off; 7 - Get back in the car (you have one minute); 8 - At first you will get $100 but the cash prize will increase each time you repeat steps 5 to 7; 9 - After 15 minutes you could make up to $2M, and if you do it for another 15 minutes the prizes will be much bigger, as far as I know, vigilante missions have no limits in terms of prizes This also works in the original game, just so you know how much Rockstar cares for their games

You need to park it where it originally was then get out and in again

Hunter attack chopper missions. Counts as 100% & you can make millions.

Err, I just spend 50k on the car dealership and then do the 10k entry (30k profit each win) and after like 5 races I don’t need anything

I’m having fun, people who hate need to go play these games on ps2, even with the glitches and bugs it’s still a better experience overall and yes gta 3 feels more archaic but it should it’s a game made 20 years ago some of the criticism is that of the game itself rather then the port

Because if u compare it to the original ps2 release games, you will see it's a lot different looking. Some people say it looks good , others say it lost its originality

I earnt 12000 and now it's reset back to $200 and I can't earn anymore than $200 but the timer is still only 5 seconds per checkpoint

why didnt you explain the most important part of cone crazy, that there is a legitimate order in how many seconds you leave before you do the last one. To maximize the earning? you can only reset if you fail but if you pass you cant reset by just driving to the park spot you need to go to the paint spray to reset it stuff you!
