Hey, if you are asking about PR for baby - it’s depends on parent residence status. If the individual has ILR status then only the baby can have a ILR status. Otherwise you have to apply for child dependent visa.

Hello, yes, you got it correct. You have to find a sponsorship job that should provide you a visa sponsorship for 5 years. Without any sponsorship job you can’t apply for a work visa. Uk work visa name is skilled worker visa. You have to apply for this one. And, getting a sponsorship job is tough but it’s not impossible. And you are coming for 4 years of degree. You have 4 years - make a good network and work hard. You will surely get a sponsorship job. Good luck 🤞

Could I achieve this by pursuing a part-time master’s or a part-time PhD, which typically takes 3-4 years and 6 years respectively? And with that my total year count will cross 10 years of requirement which way i can apply for pr! Can i do that??

Yes, you have get a sponsorship job to get a skilled worker visa. They is no other way to get a skilled worker visa. Once you get a skilled worker visa and work for 5 years as mentioned in the video. You can apply for ILR and wont require sponsorship jobs afterwards.

If you want to apply a student visa for your mother - your mother needs to take an admission in any of the uk universities. As per the current UK rule there is no easy rule that you can bring your parents permanently. She can visit you via visit visa. Visit visa has a limitation - after a specific duration she needs to go back to India. As far as I know you can do 20 hours per week of extra work on your skilled worker visa, so, as per the rule you can work as a part time job. And if your earning is more than ~12,500 pounds then you have to fill tax-self declaration form.

Hello, masters students are not allowed to bring their dependents. However, after completing your bachelor if you get a sponsorship job then you can bring your dependents.(spouse and kids) Your parent won’t be counted as your dependents.
