And I thought running was safer than wrestling?! Although that definitely hurt, feels better mainly. Giving another week or two, then will start rehab. Silly thing is, with my pulled quad, I can't run while my elbow heals. So just visualizing one armed pullups till then...

"I'm Derek, 57 years old just not trying to hurt myself" derek falls and dislocates his shoulder.. his intro made me laugh especially when he fell and I know I shouldn't have laughed but I couldn't help it with the great intro.. Hopefully he's ok now

We need a series of Ryan doing sprinting for 6 months and see how fast and strong can get get

Not gonna lie, Ryan the camera guy's legs were legit flexing and extremely stressed with each run he had and in every leg movement, so at any moment he could've pulled a Trevor hammy! But luckily for him, he tested his limits, and knew not to go overboard whenever it mattered most! Props to him, and also I hope Derek makes a full recovery from his dislocated elbow!

Derek is such a legend, he let to do whatever you gotta do for the views, hope he get well soon
