Fastest Jaguar XKR X100 V8 Supercharged 700bhp+

Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

We get Chris Saunders project XKR back in for tuning after it's latest upgrades at Swallows Racing.
I briefly talk with Dan from Swallows about it's present upgrades and current performance. The thing is a beast.
It currently puts our 709bhp, (650whp)
I don't know of one more powerful presently.
These AJ33S Engines can apparently handle some real numbers being thrown down they're throat!

I love the Thunberg decal on the fuel tank. I'd love one for my XKR although bumper stickers have no business being on a Jaguar.

Hello friends, I am I to Bentley Turbo R’a now. I had 1 XJR8 that had the lower under drive pulley, upper pulley, larger Intercooler, and faster Intercooler pump…and had the car lowered. Car was an absolute beast. You need to be careful of the nikisil liners and tensioners in the early cars. I did all that work and some guy rear ended me, totaling the car. I also have had 4 XJR6s, magnificent cars. If anyone ever had a chance to modify or drive one of these, you won’t regret it…

If you're after a kit let me know as I have one for sale. Although it's not as radical as the one in the video, it still will add 100 to 150hp to a 4.2 supercharged Jaguar. Thanks

I’m looking to get 500bhp out of a 4.2 X100 but want to keep it as visually factory as possible which I guess is a million miles from this. Supercharger/mod, injectors and exhaust I’m hoping is all it will take 🙏🏻

What kind of boost was she on? Building a Subaru Legacy with a AJ33s and S366 66/73 turbo and planning to cross the 700 engine horsepower limit.

Great job. This engine comes with Mahle forged piston from stock form, and although a bit thin seems still holding well, thanks to the individual EGT and full protection. I think retrofitting an Eaton tvs1900 supercharger from JLR 5.0 supercharged engine will gain much more power. You can compare compressor maps for them you will be amazed at how lame m112 is compared to R1900. By switching to R1900 you can get a much lower IAT and spare maybe 10-30 hp loss to the flywheel. But the best suit for your application is the Eaton TVS r2300 I think.

By the way your working point is farrrrr out off map in m112 compressor map. I believe efficiency is blew 40%.

I've upgraded both pulleys on my 4.0 XKR 2002, added Mina air intake with K&N, 200 cell cats, straight through 2.5" exhaust, and this changed a lot. The cooling system was upgraded, too, as well as suspension - coilovers and PowerFlex bushes. Didn't check in on dyno, but according to rough calculations, it might be about 60hp extra with stock Denso ECU, which can't be remapped, and stock automatic transmission. If it would be 4.2l engine, with such mods, it should be exactly 500hp after remap. Drivetribe guys mentioned that converting to manual gearbox released another 60-70hp, if I'm not mistaken. I've also used to read that the engine block might be replaced with 4.4 from Range Rover, and the supercharger can be upgraded as well.
