    You saying "it's better to do 15 minutes than to do no movement at all" reminded me of the saying, "anything worth doing is worth doing half-assed" and I have to CONSTANTLY remind myself of that 💙 Thank you for making these videos that pack a sweaty punch into under 20 minutes

    I started doing these workouts almost a month ago now! I’m down 7 pounds! I just burned 148 calories in 15 minutes. I am addicted to these now. I try to do at least 2 a day. One in the morning and one after dinner. It is better to do 15 minutes than no movement at all! ❤❤❤

    I’ve done this routine many times. I love her workouts. I’ve never had sore muscles doing them. That puts me off continuing workouts. That and having to lie on the floor and doing weird postures. You rule , girl.
