I rode the parking garage right next door with the same buttons and they have one of the BEST motor startups I ever heard

Lived in Houston back in the 1980’s. Always had claustrophobia when it came to elevators. I loved riding the glass elevators at the Adams Mark hotel.

well that elevator must be very special for its high speed and a mini tv inside.

Very nice elevator. Highrise office tower elevators are the best.

These elevators were originally Fujitec before they were modernized by ThyssenKrupp.

The brand is ThyssenKrupp, not Brookfield. Brookfield is the company that owns the building.

I hardly doubt DC elevators were made in Texas.

I've Been On Elevators Faster Than That. The Elevators At The Carew Tower Cincinnati, Ohio Pass 4 Floors In 1 Second. They Are Westinghouse Elevators. I Have Been On Those Elevator At The Crew Tower And Man Are Those Westinghouse Elevators At The Carew Fast!

@TehColumbusSpartan the fastest “normal” elevator I’ve been on (by “normal”, I mean not in an observation tower where theres an elevator attendant operating the elevator and it’s like, specially programmed to carry large amounts of tourists) is at the Millenium Hilton Hotel in NYC. I don’t know the exact speed, but it’s definitely in the Top 10 fastest elevators in NYC

So have I. The elevators at Trump Tower in Las Vegas travel at 1800 FPM! When your going down, it almost feels like you are free falling! These elevators are still incredibly fast at 1400 FPM!
