i also have a chinese car, JAC e-s2, i think it's like in my car, to start the charging you need to turn off the vehicle complete, not to leave it in "on mode" and plug the charger as I see with cold battery you got quite good result, just 37 minutes

I seen this lack of information (voltage & current) also on hyperchargers from EWE in Germany.

The charger shows kW delivered and the car shows the kW going in to the battery. There are heat losses and the air conditioning is taking power. Thats why output power from charger is higher than the power going in to the pattery. If you have problem starting the charger. Then try to press the connector against the car. When charging starts you can release your hand from the connector. The charging speed is going up because the battery heats up when charging. Warm battery equals high charging speed. Cold battery equals low charging speed.

The RFID was supplied by Auto Luykx.

Even in China, almost no one bought that car. I've never heard of this brand actually!

There are more than 500 brand for EV in China. It is normal you have never heard :)
