It has Ankers IQ charging tech with max output of 67w. Can not test for sure as I do not have the samsun ultra.
Well, the iPhone 15 Pro Max work with this? Also, will this drain my car battery if I charge my phone?

This has USB c and USB a ports. No lighting ports. But it will not drain your cars battery while charging a phone.
