I don’t think so. In the others design challenges she was really in the middle. Now few queen didn’t know how to sew or style an outfit and Morphine’s look was reaaally good and she was low

They did right what Season 7 did wrong. Casted fashion queens/seamstresses and actually give them design challenges

Girl Nymphia and Q once again blew me away like I already knew they were gonna deliver cause they are the seamstresses of the season ppl are looking at them for the fashion. The look Dawn made is probably her best look that she’s made this season but this episode was either gonna be she finally gets her win (which she didn’t) or is high. Michelle coming for Mhi’ya clocking she didn’t make her outfit was pretty funny. Was pleasantly surprised with Morphine one of the best looks she’s had all season that looks like something professionally made.

Raja and Raven actually know what they are talking about, while many of Nymphia's fans are being horrid no drag knowledge bastards. Q had the best construction and she did something out of the box, while still sticking to the goth aesthetic (and I grew up with goths, which is a bigger subculture than just looking like Morticia Adams)

plasma would’ve slayed doing some kind of monochrome gothic lolita type maid outfit with black and white body makeup!

The deadpan stare at Plasma's outfit! That was me when I saw it too!

As a goth, not much anymore style wise anymore as style changes over time, I can say I didn’t really see “Neo-Goth” much this runway, which was the brief, BUT out of mostly all the “goth” inspired runways they have done on Drag Race, I think this is my favorite one by far. Edit: Like I remember there being a goth runway on one of the All Stars, I think the one Kylie won, and I was just not feeling it at all. I liked one or two looks I think.

Although it was grandeur and magnificent, it wasn't as beautiful and attractive as Nymphia's. Nymphia's outfit was gorgeous, but it lacked an over-the-top element. These are just my opinions so please don't burn me at the stake.

I am so shocked Nymphia didn’t go more Siouxsie and the Banshees inspired! Siouxsie Sioux has some FIERCE yellow goth looks (Spellbound music video for one). But, I am glad she reigned in the yellow, I feel like the judges wouldn’t have gotten it.

Because in an aesthetic form, it is more appealing, it feels more runway and edited. But Q's was extremely original and over the top while also maintaining taste and elevating the fashion. One is pretty, one is artistic. We've seen many runway shows like Nymphia's, not many like Q

It’s just going back to how it was in the beginning of drag race; lots of sewing. Queens complained so much and had no sewing talent that they stopped doing so many challenges. I used to hate the sewing too only because no one had talent like this season, it’s amazing. They should make sure they can sew before letting them on the show, like project runway, that would elevate the whole show.

Can we just acknowledge that they all did this in 24 hours! One of the best design challenges ever!

Q, Nymphia and Dawn really tore it up this week! I was amazed by these!

The structure, presentation and flow of Q's outfit almost has an East Asian hanfu Edo feel. Especially when she turns round and does a slight curtsy. Stunning. Worthy winner. But I think Nymphia's was more successfully on brief.

Episodes like this really emphasize how they should be watching the entire episode for context.
