I like how you used the rock hammer to break through that tough outer layer. Most farriers I've watched just keep dulling their knives on it.

I can tell you're quite the craftsman and have passion for the job. The horse and myself appreciate your work.

A horse needs to be trained to accept someone lifting its feet, or having it stand on just 3 feet while a human works. I understand this is important to start teaching these behavior to young ones, so it’s not scary or alarming.

@@MaupinFarrierCoI find them intriguing, because I am confident each one tells a personal story. No one goes through the long and painful process getting complex tattoos without a very good reason. I haven’t gotten tattoos myself, but now that I’ve survived breast cancer and the resulting double mastectomy, I’ve started considering designs based on my armpit to armpit scars across my chest.
