Very gnarly! Funny how the last trailer you showed us seems to have a PTO shaft on it like it's a forage wagon! The "glitches" of this game are never ending.

@@HarvsWorld I modified the pacesetter to hold 60k per end (total 120k) and also so that it can hold bulk. Have been dying to figure out how to use it for this and now I can! I have harvested 12 loads already this morning. 👍

For the mod, you can also use the Randon trailer is just like connecting the bumper except it just has one extra connection

Hey Harv, was making tmr in the roberts evolumix and one batch ended up being forage. What is forage? And can some of the forage be converted back to tmr using just a little bit of forage and mixing with hay or silage or straw? Thanks much.

Good question. Forage is TMR that either isn't complete, or isn't mixed right. You can try adjusting the mix the turn it into TMR, but I don't know what that would take without knowing what you mixed.

Cant belive this is still a proper PITA to find trailers to a forager. Weird that Bergman by ~Luca works. It looks identical to base game trialer with same hook up.

I am wondering if selling the crop is better or selling the chaff you get from a forge harvester... Or turn it into silage and then sell

That's an excellent question, and one I should run a test on. The chaff won't have any value (generally) but chopping a corn field for silage, or harvesting it for profit would be a good test. Thanks!

Is there a way to hook up to a auger trailer?

The last trailer you have I have one similar but it is the Krone . How do you dump this style of trailer ?

If you’re talking about the sugar cane trailer, on PC it’s manually tipped with a mouse button.

can you dump a trailer with the harvester?

can you only use the new holland forager or can you use the krone also ?

Good question. I can say the New Holland works best, but this should work with any of the forage harvesters.

You’re welcome. You usually can’t sell chaff. You have to turn it into silage first.

Without knowing what mods you might be using, I honestly can't say. I've had issues with certain forage harvesters not working correctly and such, but that was definitely a mod conflict.

Is it possible to drive/load a truck next to it while harvesting?

Absolutely. You don't need to use this trailer combination at all. In fact, the original intent is to have two drivers - one in the forage in the forage harvester, the other running alongside with a trailer.

Does the dolly work with the DLC Claas?

Good question. I haven't tested it, so I can't say for sure. I don't see any reason why it shouldn't, though.

yer show us you emptying the dam trailers at the pit with the header on doesn't work so whats the point of the trailers

Sugarcane trailers aren't hydraulic tipper trailers. You have to manually tip them with either your mouse or your controller.

On the front of the harvester? That's a forage header, specially designed to grind corn into chaff.

If you're talking about the sugarcane trailer, it's not a dump trailer like most. It manually tips to the left. So you have to hold your button down and move it to the left (or right - I can't actually remember which).

I can attach the trailers now but nothing is coming out the pipe into the trailer, the harvester is just chopping it and it's not going anywhere?

Sometimes it depends on what forage harvester you're using. For example, just a couple of weeks ago I tested a John Deere forage harvester that wouldn't work with a trailer behind. I had to switch forage harvesters to get it to work. Make sure you have the longest pipe available for the harvester too. That can make a difference.

@@HarvsWorld Thank you for the quick reply! Unfortunately, even with trying your tips, with the bigger trailers they will only fill about 3000l then stop. The smaller ones will fill up completely. It seems like this must be some kind of glitch 😔

@@hunterbidenslaptop5749 Yeah, all of that is very strange. On my Wednesday stream we chopped 3.5 million liters of corn for silage, and had no issues. Could be anything causing it, unfortunately. Glad you seem to have sorted it out (kind of).
