Too Bad this house is about $200,000 over priced. We saw the house and it needs a lot of work. But, it is old school charming. We would have put in an offer until we saw the asking price. Good Luck.

A lovely listing with many beautiful details, but I would love to see the comps for this property. There's no way it's worth $600K, and the recent relisting without most of the land at $425K is an even worse deal. Do sellers think people can't look up property records these days?

Most are well aware about the public information. Yes the house and additional land were just separated so they could sell the land to another buyer…. Reason for the price drop you mentioned. Home prices here unfortunately have gone up because of the demand for folks relocated to the area. Thanks for the comment!
