Thank you for explaining clearly in detail about oil cleansing/double cleansing! I am sold on buying this knowing that it's great for sensitive skin!

Just learned this product, before then I have been staying away from cleansing balms in general because although it’s easy to find fragrance free ones and I couldn’t find any polyethylene free ones, glad to know this exist 😃

I think more brands are trying to formulate them without!!

Bought this product on a whim when I saw it on the Sephora app yesterday without reading any reviews, because I was THRILLED that they came out with a fragrance free version of their original cleansing balm. I loved the original, but my skin did NOT agree with the fragrance. I also have very sensitive skin. So, I'm very happy I bought it after seeing this video and can't wait to use it! Oh and I subbed to ya! :)

If you have used the original, do you know if this one emulsifies as well? Because that is my favorite part about the OG one!

So I do think it emulsified well and rinses away easily but I don’t feel I can draw a direct comparison because I actually don’t have a green clean at the moment and haven’t used it in a while and my memory isn’t 100%. So all I can really say is that clearly clean in its own right emulsified nicely, in my opinion. Haha. I’m sorry I can’t be more help

Thanks for the review. Does this rinse off easily or do you feel like you need a second cleanse? I remember the original one does rinse off very well. I’ve also tried the drunk elephant and glow recipe cleansing balms and those two would always leave a greasy film. Would like to know your thoughts. Much appreciated :)

I think it rinses off really easily! I don’t even use a wet wash cloth most of the time, because I’m lazy lol. I just add water, massage, and then rinse with water over the sink! No residue for me

Very similar! Slightly thinner than the PC, but the process of use is similar. I think Clearly Clean is silkier and slightly easier to remove

@@modyoung I actually don't like the PC as much...had high hopes, but I find it hard to work with! Excited to try this balm though!!!

Is the texture different from Green Clean? I can’t seem to tell based on the visuals I’ve seen, and I’ve checked out the website and Sephora. This version looks to be a bit more creamier/smoother in viscosity?

The texture is slightly different. I think green clean is described as a sorbet-type texture ? I don’t have one open at the moment so I can’t scoop in and try it out lol. Anyway Clearly Clean has a more traditional balm feel. So I think there is a difference. Sorry I can’t explain in more depth! If I am remembering correctly, I do think CC is silkier and “meltier” than the original, which I actually prefer
