Good place for retirement for your Baba and Mama. The whole surrounding is good for them. They can do some gardening and farming too. That keep them exercise and motivated, good for their health.

Pls consider that anytime Mt Taal will erupt and may cause so much damage to your property later on..Maybe around Batangas,Laguna or Alfonso whch are just minutes fromTagaytay but is safe from eruption..Happy to know Baba and your Mama consider Phil for their retirement.
