Farewell, Bombardier Q400
Goodbyes are never easy, so let's take one last look back on our journey with the Bombardier Q400 throughout the years ✈️ As the turboprop era for airBaltic has come to an end, we're thankful to Bombardier and the airBaltic team who took this aircraft to the sky and made every flight with the Q400 a memorable one. Thank you, Dash 8 Q400 for being a part of our aviation story! 💚

I remember flying on this once shame there being replaced with A220 scrap going to miss Q400s as well as 737s.

Won’t be missed. I had the creeps every time I got to fly into one: too many landing gear malfunctions for a single type.

They're literally one of the safest planes in the sky, they've never had a crash that wasn't due to pilot error. The landing gear problem was fixed over a decade ago, so you didn't need to worry about that. You don't speak for everyone, most people will miss it.

The landing gear was a maintenance issue due to maintenance crews not doing the work correctly.
