FAQ What Quiver is that?? Hinge vs Thumb Sesh
Fun behind the scenes of what quiver we use most during the off-season, some shooting stuff we like to do with the Honey hinge release from Carter and the Wise Choice Thumb Button from Carter. Plus a quick thank you to Tim and Jake for all their help on the channel.

    Cold weather shooting in your heavier clothing is a must for serious hunters. After having my bows in wet etc weather I use teflon spray. Found some supposed teflon at the local John Deere dealer.

    Hey guys, I recommend trying a different solvent on your sight. WD40 tends to attract n collect dirt n dust it’s like a band aid. Quick fix but in the long run will be worse. Just an average Joe’s opinion thanks for the content 🙌.

    I recently bought a B3 Ranger hinge (Aaron Snider qued me in on it). I normally shoot a Carter too simple and I will say there is a POI shift. For me and my set up it's been a touch high and a little more to the right. We'll see if I hunt with it. So far it's been fun tinkering with something new

    Been looking to design a custom quiver with a company. I'd love to see something like a hip pack or "fanny pack" that holds the arrows laterally locked in instead of vertically and bouncing around. If you know of one let me know!

    I know this is off topic but I'm torn, as I was last year, on which Bino Harness to buy. You guys put out a great review that has me leaning toward Marsupial Enclosed (No-Mag for me) like the one Dan is rocking in this vid. My concern however is how does this harness feel when wearing a ruck? I like my binos' to ride high on my chest as well but the buckles and straps look a little beefy kinda like heavy pack straps. I cover ground under weight so this is a concern. I know you guys do too so what are your thoughts on this, what options have you tried? Any input Els Shape crew cares to give is welcome. As always great stuff and I click and your vids even before I've had time to watch them because I want to see major growth for this channel in 2022. PS; This video sold the Kifaru field quiver to this guy right here.

    Dan, I saw your IG video this morning about making corrections on your movement when you work out. I have been around the CF space since 2007, been to many of their seminars and am Level 2,. Your movement is pretty close to as good as perfect movement can be. Haters going to hate cause they can perform. You do you. You have been in the training space for years with the sole purpose to help people move better and to live the best lives they can, I am thinking they don't know that about you. No reason to hear from the peanut gallery. Keep on, Keeping on!

    Every Bowhunter or competitor should be bareshaft nock tuning their arrows. Why would you shoot an arrow that flies sideways out of your bow for bowhunting or competition? Tune your bow, tune every arrow, and always make sure you're in tune. Here's an honest question, if you cut the vanes/ feathers off your arrows right now and shot them, would they fly straight? I know for a fact mine would. No digs or disrespect to anyone just trying to state the importance behind bareshaft nock tuning each of your arrows. I implore all of you that take any type of archery seriously, to try it out before you knock it.

  • @ElkShape

    @ElkShape

    2 жыл бұрын

    The point was to put your health and body tuning at the top of the list, sounds like you might have missed the point. BTW - I have no issue with anyone wanting to check each arrow, bareshaft/nock tune etc... I personally don't do that because I am not that good at archery and put too much influence into every shot I take. It's majoring in the minors, I'd rather take that time and spend it with MFJJ coaching me on my technique. My broadheads let me know if an arrow is not up to snuff. I test each arrow with broadheads before putting it in my quiver and I am primarily concerned with hunting applications.
