Yes femur is more advantageous than tibia for athletic ability recovery.

Can you straighten bowlegs and simultaneously lengthen with PRECICE tibia?

Only when the location of the bowleg deformity and the osteotomy site for lengthening are the same, they may be done simultaneously.

it is different for everyone, but LON is known to be more painful than PRECICE femur, since there is an external device/pins going throuh your skin in LON.

people usually extend no more than 6cm, and the fewer centimeters you gain, the better the chance of athletic ability recovery.
