About the brinjal part, it comes from the Nightshade plant family which is concerning if the Vitiligo is due to auto-immunity as per Ayurveda.(Potatoes, Capsicum, Peppers, etc) Fish & Curd is again as per ayurveda really harmful Not only for people again who are susceptible to Vitiligo but also for people in general. Hearing this F.A.Q really helped me gain/brush up on a lot of valuable information. Thanks a lot for this and hopefully you get opportunities to make more of these in the future :) 💯

*There are mainly three theories* about the underlying mechanism of vitiligo, which are as follows: (i) the first theory states that nerve endings in the skin release a chemical that is toxic to the melanocytes; (ii) the second theory states that the melanocytes simply self-destruct; and (iii) the third theory is that vitiligo is a type of autoimmune disease in which the immune system targets the body's own cells and tissues. Fourth one is *free radical damage* if this is treated possibliy progression and reappearing of* *vitiligo can be stopped use 8 grams of pomegranate leaves dried in shade and powdered twice daily* *pomegranate leaf contain antioxidants to reduce free radical damage*

☻☻☻☻I have been living with vitiligo since I was 9 years old. My parents first noticed it on my neck and when they first found it, it was just a small patch. And it remains that way, without changing shape or size over the years. By the time I was in middle school, patches started appearing in more and more places. I have patches on my arms, hands, feet and neck. When people started paying attention to them, each one started giving me advice. And coming from India, I had to listen to old wives' tales that suggest that if a person has fish and milk, he gets vitiligo. This is definitely not true and I am trying to correct whoever said it. I have tried various treatments but none of them have really helped my condition. I went from doctor to doctor with some suggesting surgery while others suggesting UV therapy. I tried many treatments that ranged from prescription drugs for this condition to topical corticosteroid medications. Neither of them I am looking for. And then by chance, I came across your website. ​@@rao8283if u have beganing of white patches you can do their medicine but most important thing is deit suppose you skin get recover from their medicine but you eat wrong food then this white spot can come again mostly it triggers from sour foods and red meat so diet is the major part can you continue to keep strict deit then your spots wont increase I kept strict deit ten years and my vitiligo spots were stop increasing for ten years I kept this deit but in end I get tired snd gave up I started eating all

Yes lecudarma patients preferably eat country chicken and country chicken eggs and lamb or mutton are good to intake boiler chicken and egg shouldn't consume as per doctor advice. Hope you get me

I m literally pissed off seriously different doctor different advice ...some says protein is imp u can eat everything except sour things some says avoid white food some says u can eat fish some says u cant really what we actually do yr this is so irritating even i have vitiligo from past 18 years what am i suppose to do i m just 20 right now medicines have their own side effects man instead of turning my white patches they turn my self 2,4 shades darker at least if you dont know the actual treatment plz plzz dont play with our health ,money some time its really hard to afford such 4,5k wali medicines and guess what they have their own side effects as well ....

Unani hyd se my treatment leraha hu from two Months..Strictly diet follow karrahahu.fir b difference nai dikhra muje...Doctors muje two tabs like bakuchi morning n night ...Weekly twice same tabs to b applied on face and red powder on body...Is this common med to all...muje diff nai dikhra

Mam. I am from allahabad, up 2008 me mujhe first time pta lga ki mujhe vitiligo h. Mere lips pr white patches aaye the 2011 tk treatment Hua phir doctor ne khud hi dawa band kr di ye kh kr ki Ab Theek h uske baad Sab kuch Theek tha kareeb 9 saal tk koi problem nhi huyi magar pichle 1 month se mere lips pr phir se white patches dikhne Lge h. Mai bhut pareshan tha u tube pr vedio search kiya to aapka channel mila.. Kya ye aur bhi spread ho jaega.. Mai kya krun Plz btaeiye.

Hi Anil, firstly pls take care of your wife and yourself. Your support and love means everything to her. As far as Viitligo going to next generation is concerned, around 80% of us who have Vitiligo do not have a possible family history. And Vitiligo going to the next generation is a rare possibility and this possibility even exists in parents without vitiligo. So I feel there is no point in worrying, instead please enjoy the present and support your wife. She needs your love and support more than anything. Please ensure she and you are stress free so that the mental health aspect is taken care of. What do you think ?
