Trees under the road? Been in the game for a long time and pretty sure over time that's not a good Idea!

Ingenious.. instead of "cutting" the road removing the trees they effectively use the jungle as an actual base by building the road on top of it with compacted material...but due to heavy rainfall in that region they gonna need to cover that dirt with gravel for stability... smart tho

Isn't there a sewer under the road? If it's a road in Thailand, The trees that line the road must be cut down completely. Soil will not be poured over the trees like this.

Brush clearing on a much smaller scale is a nightmare, let alone a tropical jungle under brush. It would take twice as long to clear the brush as it does to burry it under heavy clay. I'm a wood cutter, and I have done Forrest clearing after a forrest fire. Took two whole burn seasons for just 5 acres.

Не могу смотреть на это безобразие. Бульдозерист молодец, но не строитель дорог. Перемешивает растительный грунт с грунтом планировки дороги. Биомассу закапывает под растительный слой почвы? Где у них там мастер или инженер? Где основание дорожного полотна? Что за художественный свист на ответственном строительстве? Потом оползни в горах и жертвы. Уклон откоса надо на насыпных грунтах делать белее пологим с заложением 1:1. А здесь осыпание и оползни обеспечены. Кто нибудь делает инструментальные инженерные геологические исследования грунтов? Инженер хотя бы один на пару строек там есть или это не обязательно?

If this is for new road construction I wonder where they get this kind of road construction engineering degree. This kind of road without proper levelling of foundation will not last even a year
