Where are they getting the dirt from, it looks like they are digging up a landfill.

Some of the dump trucks are only half-filled. It will take a long time to fill up this swampland.

Somebody needs to tell that Dozier operator he's supposed to stay behind the trucks while they're unloading so if they get stuck he can push them out

they are going to need trillions of semi dump truck size loads to raise the level of land all across their country to fix this problem...and create rivers to the sea/ocean...and build man made lakes to collect the excess waters in...and then create irrigation systems for massive farm land...
