Wow, they did a fantastic job of renovating to compensate for the lack of outside walls. Overall it is a beautiful home.
I find it strange that both brdrooms have such a strange layout. With no windows to the exterior. Very good video.
That house is super clean inside and out, it would be great for a retired person or a couple without kids. You can see how well its been taken care of.

Hi, I really like this house. Perfect for me. However after reading about regulations to live in Italy I would have to make over 3000. A month, my husband of 53 years just passed away in June the 14 th so I thought I would move to Italy. You and your husband are so nice and to take time to show us these fabulous homes. I can buy a house I just don't have that income every month to qualify. So now I am very depressed 😢. Thank you Blessings to you both from Texas!!!

It's a very sweet little house! I love the skylight in the stairwell. It enhances the natural light in this home. I was not able to go to the owner's ad because there is not a hyperlink in blue on the spot in the description! The house is pristine!

Very nice house, cute.
You could change that glass brick ceiling into a large window skylight and have lots of natural light shining down to light up the adjoining rooms. Then have the staircase with lots of hanging plants to create an indoor garden.

The garage is actually quite big for these historic towns.
I noticed a ladder on the 3rd floor terrace, I presume to be able to access the ductless ac compressor you see above on the roof - but there is ample space up there for another terrace, do you own that as well or is that someone else's? In theory you could construct a stair up there...
