    It really is an impressive house for its price. It is in perfect condition and located close to the Mediterranean sea (20 min away), in a beautifully preserved village with school, restaurants, etc. The backcountry mountains and the Cevennes are easily accessible. It's close to Beziers too! And the house itself is absolutely gorgeous. To put it in a nutshell, it is perfect! ;)

    You do not need to renovate this house as it has already been fully renovated: it has double glazed windows, air conditioning, a recent swimming pool, a high-end brand new kitchen, insulation... amongst other things 😉

    @@LeggettImmobilierProperty overall not a question within your scope of expertise to answer to begin with, but I think why might be referring to the studio on the ground floor and it’s conversion a) to a permanent self contained unit from the main home that could be let separately. b) bedroom en-suite attic in the main home. Those two options were mentioned in the video, that’s the only thing I can see that they might be referring to otherwise it’s a pretty spectacular property and you have an option on an adjoining property. Ha... I haven’t even looked at the sheet yet. $???

    For me it is simple.The buyer pays for the location (read region) and the property misses class. The house has some nice specs like the stairs and if you like some floors but in all I can't possibly say it is a cozy classy nest. The only nice spot I see is the courtyard. White beams and then brown beams, different parquet and a dark living room, very simple windows. It is ecclectic. We are talking here 550.000 euros. Even if it was located in Narbonne plage or in Gruissan (at walking distance to the coast) it would be no option. There must be better for that budget. Then I would definitely go for the 11th century chateau in Gruissan (472.000 euros) and redo the great garden with a pool. It has much more class , 2 bedrooms and kitchen and living.
