One VERY important point that is not mentioned in this recipe is to let the chocolate topping cool before putting it on the cake. Otherwise the cream separates. I found this out the hard way!

I made it, it's amazing. Only screwup was I didn't let the top chocolate layer cool a bit before I poured it over the white layer so it melted the white layer a little, but it was still very tasty!

When you pour the cake with the first mixture of milk and cacao , the cake has to be cold or hot right from the oven ?? Because I had a problem there and the mixture did not go down immediately..
