Their configuration is baffling, they need another axle on the tractor then they can put more weight on the truck, wont have any issue pulling or backing the trailer !!!

Those drivers can not even drive I have never seen a driver like them before I am a retired truck driver of over 50 years of driving an 18 wheeler and our trucks are alot larger then the ones that are being driven there.

The trailers should just go in cab first until the fork. It will be far easier to back out empty.

No one is wearing any safety equipment hard hats or a reflective vest and boots here where I am from all of those is a must or you will not be allowed on the construction site at all and those dam motorcycles you must make sure to stopped them and not allow them to move until the truck and trailer is in its possession to dump its load you need the police there to stop traffic here it is a must and if the drivers don't listen to the police they will go to jail I know that your country is different from where I am from but safety is a must you need to explain to someone's family that someone had died because you did not do your job correctly that would be on you so safety safety is a must.
